Commodore’s Cruise 2026 Boat Documents Submission

Use this form to submit scanned or electronic documents for boats in the fleet.
This form is not for participants to submit documents.
Process
- Select the correct boat name. Your boat name will appear on this form once you complete the boat data registration form.
- Select the correct document (“Form”) type. Form types are listed below.
- Select the actual file you are uploading. You can upload from your local storage or from your Google Drive.
Boat Document Types:
- COD: Certificate of Documentation (USCG). Only for documented vessels
- Registration: State registration certificate
- VSC: Vessel Safety Check
- Float Plan: Fill out the top portion of a USCG float plan with your boat information, then upload as a PDF (either electronic {preferred} or scanned).
- Insurance: Certificate of Insurance for your boat
- Chartplotter manual: If you can find and download an electronic copy of the manual for your chartplotter, please upload it. Most manufacturers have these available for download online.
- Other: Any other documents you wish to upload about your boat.
Once you have verified all the information is correct, submit the form using the “Submit” button. If you have completed submitting forms, you can close this window.
